AUTUMN TERM 2023 IS NOW LIVE. CHECK OUT OUR CALENDAR ABOVE.

Individual Learning Plans (ILP)

ILPs are designed to help you think through your hopes and aspirations and how we can support them so that you can get the most out of your experience at the College. Completing an ILP involves meeting with an ILP mentor, thinking through your hopes and aspirations and establishing achievable self-identified goals. ILPs also:

- Offer a chance to gain more information about the courses you complete

- Help to reflect and draw on your strengths

- Identify any learning support needs you may have in the classroom

- Involve signposting to other supports and services in a streamlined and efficient way

- Allow for priority access to courses before they are advertised publicly

- Include a non-judgmental review of the goals set and further signposting as needed

For ILP enquiries/bookings contact Ismael Ibrahim on 0207 426 2332 or elft.thrc@nhs.net

I joined the Recovery College during the summer term 2019 and I have attended a number of courses. Coming to the college has been a life saver for me, as it has contributed to lift my depression. I think the college is a great place for anyone who wants to learn about mental health or has mental health issues.
